Enjoy an early breakfast, after which you will be picked-up from the hotel for an Athens city tour. Visit the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (this is a short stop). Continue on and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (previously the Royal Palace) guarded by the Evzones, an elite ceremonial unit in colourful uniform. You will also cross the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, The Constitution Square (Syntagma). The tour will take you through all the major landmarks and historical monuments of the city. Afterwards, arrive at the magnificent Acropolis and visit the Architectural Masterpieces of Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon. In the afternoon, we suggest an afternoon tour to Cape Sounion, the site of ruins of an ancient Greek temple of Poseidon.

After a delicious breakfast, you will meet our representative at the hotel and be transferred to Piraeus port with an air-conditioned Private motor coach for sailing to Mykonos. Arrive at Mykonos port, where you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon you can enjoy a walk in the island to learn and delve deeper into the lifestyle and the history of the beautiful island.
