Arrive Venice Airport; Meet & Greet at Arrival & then transfer to the hotel.
In the evening; sit back in your gondola and allow yourself to be serenaded as you float past the palaces of the Grand Canal.
We join a flotilla of gondolas gathered around a barge containing the musicians and singers to float along the fascinating Grand Canal, glittering in the reflection of the illuminated facades of the sumptuous ‘Palazzos’. Return in the dark stillness of some of Venice’s interior canals.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then take a tour to sail to Murano to see how the beautiful coloured glass is made, then on to the pretty islands of Burano and Torcello.
After sailing past the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Public Gardens, the tip of Sant’Elena and the famous Lido beach resort, the boat arrives in Murano, known throughout the world for its glass manufacturing industry. Here we stop for around 40 minutes to visit to one of the factories. The second stop is at the picturesque island of Burano, famous not only for its lace but also for the fishermen’s houses painted in bright colours. The stop will last about 30 minutes. Then after a short cruise, we reach Torcello, the earliest centre of civilization in the estuary. Only the Cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of Santa Fosca remain as testimony of its former glory. The stop will be for about 30 minutes then we return to St.Mark’s Square.

Note: Due to uneven and steep surfaces, we are unable to accept anyone with walking difficulties or wheelchairs users. Appropriate dress must be worn in places of worship. When Siena’s Duomo is closed, Santa Maria della Scala museum will be visited instead. From March to October the tour ends at 20:30 instead 19:30.

After breakfast, take a train to Rome on your own from Naples. On arrival in rome, check into the hotel.
Then in evening you will get a unique opportunity to see the sights of Rome beautifully illuminated at night and enjoy an authentic Italian dinner with live music.
The tour starts from Via Veneto, the street of La Dolce Vita fame, and continues to Piazza Barberini with the Triton Fountain by Bernini, and on to Piazza Venezia with the Victor Emanuel monument. We also see Via dei Fori Imperiali, the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Palatine, the Temple of Vesta, the Theatre of Marcello, the Capitol, Tiberine Island, the Synagogue, Castel St. Angelo, and St. Peter’s Square and Basilica. During this panoramic visit of the city your guide will also take you to visit the famous Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Then we continue to a specially chosen restaurant where at approximately 22.30 hours you will have an Italian dinner accompanied by folklore music.

After crossing the park of Villa Borghese we reach the Vatican City, the smallest independent sovereign state in the world. In the Vatican Museum, you’ll be shown a fine collection of antiquities, including the Sculpture Museum, the fascinating Tapestry Gallery, the Gallery of Maps and the world famous Sistine Chapel decorated by Michelangelo. The tour will then proceed to the Basilica of St. Peter, where you will see the art treasures of the largest Roman Catholic Church in the world, including Michelangelo’s Pieta’.

On 27th of September 2012 for the Tourism World Day, Vatican Museum entrance is free of charge. For this reason, ticket entrance euro 15.00 pp (not reservation fee) will be deducted from the tour cost.

A comprehensive tour of the major monuments of historical Rome.
This tour begins by passing through the Via Veneto, made famous by Fellini’s Dolce Vita film. Before reaching Via Nazionale we cross Piazza della Republica with Najadi’s Fountain. Our walk through the historical centre starts with the Trevi Fountain and continues to Piazza Navona, built on the ancient Domitian Stadium with the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers, Bernini’s masterpiece. Along the way we admire Piazza Colonna so called due to the Column of Marco Aurelio. Visit the interior of the Pantheon which was built in the First Century B.C. with the biggest dome in the world as requested by Emperor Hadrian. Continue by coach to St. Peter’s Square passing Castel St. Angelo. We visit the Basilica of St. Peter’s to admire, among other treasures, the Pieta’ by Michelangelo.
