Arrive Sydney and transfer to the hotel. We suggest later on you can go shopping at the Sydney Markets of Paddington, Surry Hills or Darling Hurst or have dinner at any of the restaurants lining Darling Harbour Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning city sights tour includes Opera House, Parliament House, Hyde Park, Sydney Tower and Darling Harbour. After crossing Sydney Harbour Bridge heading for northern surf beaches, photo stops are made that provide excellent views of the city skyline and the harbour. Final stop is at the seaside resort of Manly with time to relax and browse through the shops. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. Visit Darling Harbour and have a sumptuous lunch with a beautiful harbour view at any of the restaurants by the bay. Visit Wildlife world or Sydney Aquarium and experience the entertaining sight of the Wildlife in the city. Alternatively board a cruise from Circular Quay and head to one of the Sydney Islands. Visit Taronga Zoo, a zoo with its own cable car. In evening make your own way to the King Street Wharf to board the Show Boat Dinner Cruise- Includes a 3 Course A La Carte Menu with a 1 Hour Cabaret Show. Guest can begin boarding from 7:00pm, with the cruise returning at 10:00pm. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from Sydney hotel to Hunter Valley. On the way visit the historical town of Wollombi on your way to Hunter Valley. Afterwards visit Hunter Valley Wineries for a wine tasting tour. Arrive Hunter Valley around lunch time and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Go for a range of optional tours. Soar of vineyards and gaze on picturesque vista of the valley on a hot air balloon. Go on a horse-carriage ride, or on a horse back among the sprawling vineyards. In the afternoon around 1500 hrs transfer back to Sydney would commence. Arrive Sydney and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your onward flight to Melbourne. Arrive Melbourne and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Arrive in Melbourne approx 4 hours after sunset. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Day free to visit the Melbourne Aquarium or Melbourne Cricket Ground. In the evening board the Colonial Tram Car for an exquisite experience. Breakfast at hotel. Absorb the history of the gold rush era at Sovereign Hill, the re-created 1850s gold mining settlement. Pan for gold, tour underground mines or ride a stagecoach (own expense). Visit the Eureka Stockade Centre and learn of the notorious days of rebellion. Wander the main street to visit goldsmiths, craftsmen and traders, and enjoy browsing the unique period-style stores along with real-life characters and story re-enactments. Watch traditional skills being practiced using age-old techniques by wood turners and metallurgists. Lunch at own expense.
